One on One guided Meditation

Service Description

A customized guided meditation designed to help with your specific needs. Just by answering a few questions I will design a meditation that is just for you. If you want you can record the session and be able to return to it whenever needed. Meditation has been used for thousands of years to help with anything from sleeping problems to many other issues. I am not a licensed therapist and do not claim to be one. I am someone who wants to help others as I am on my own spiritual journey. We also have a plan that would include 1 one on one session per month for 3 months, Any questions via text or email answered over those 3 months and can request additional one on one sessions for an additional charge of $50. Check out all our plans for different money saving options. A non-refundable deposit of $10 (plus tax and fee) will be charged once appointment has been accepted. If a 24 hour reschedule notice is given the deposit will go to the new appointment.
